WHAT CAN BE FOUND ON THE WEB PAGE OF THE CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM?
You have just entered a web page of the central Monitoring System of Structural Funds - IS MSSF-CENTRAL. Here are presented selected data from the system concerning programmes and projects co-funded from the EU funds. There are following modules to obtain required data :
“OVERVIEWS” provides general overview with essential programme and project information input in the database. Required data are possible to retrive by criteria called Filters which user can choose from the offered menu.
“REPORTS WITH FILTERS” are pre-defined tables. User can adjust their content by selected criteria called Filters. Tables otherwise Reports contain detailed programmes and projects information of physical and financial nature.

WHAT IS THE CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM OF STRUCTURAL FUNDS?
The central Monitoring System of Structural Funds (IS MSSF-CENTRAL) is a special information system (IS) that provides physical and financial project monitoring within the frame of programmes co-funded from the Structural Funds and Cohesion Fund of the European Union. The monitoring system development meets the European Commission requirements on existence of a system which would monitor the aid from the European Union to the Czech Republic (according to Council Regulation (EC) no.1260/1999). IS MSSF-CENTRAL fully respects both Czech and European Union Legislative related to the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund.
The Ministry for Regional Development (MRD) is a guarantor for the central level of the system in cooperation with relevant state administrative authorities. As a system generator and operator is responsible for the system, which is further being improved based on users comments. IS MSSF-CENTRAL is used to support activities of Managing Authorities of Operational Programmes, Single Programme Documents, Community Initiatives Programmes and Cohesion Fund (ministries), and furthermore is used to provide control activities by Paying Authority, Paying Units and Intermediate Bodies. Data in the system come from all levels of implementation and projects and programme co-funding.

IS MSSF-CENTRAL AS AN OPEN SYSTEM
Considering a wide range of users, IS MSSF-CENTRAL has been designed as an open system. This open system enables to use already existing systems (e.g. used by Intermediate Bodies and relevant ministries) as main data sources for monitoring on central level. IS MSSF-CENTRAL is located on the MRD's terminal server with approved access issued by the relevant Managing Authority have access through GovBone/GovNet and newly through web environment. Project and programme data are available to public on this web page. Another feature of the open system consists in using an XML interface (Extensible Markup Language) which since the beginning of 2003 has been providing communication with other systems used by state authorities (e.g. VIOLA, CEDR and ISPROFIN) without the necessity to manually transcribe data.

Web pages are made according to Czech rules of creating a public website.
They meet main rules of accessibility according to WCAG 1.0 methodology and Blind Friendly Web.
The structure of the layout and content is created by structured XHTML 1.0 Strict. Visual presentation is made by cascade styles (CSS).
